These terms apply to your use of the Restiqo website and software.

Using this site
You may use this website to learn about Restiqo, request a demo and contact us. Please do not submit information about other people without their permission.
Demo requests
Submitting a demo request does not create a contract. It allows us to contact you to arrange a walkthrough. No payment details are required for a demo.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance for the selected period. Charges are per outlet unless stated otherwise on the pricing page at the time of purchase. You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Cancellations and refunds are covered by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Your data
You own the operational data you enter into Restiqo. We process it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy, and you can export it while your account is active.
Availability
We aim for continuous availability, and the point-of-sale continues to work offline for billing. Planned maintenance is notified in advance where practical.
WhatsApp messaging
Restaurants that connect a WhatsApp Business number are responsible for using it only to send transactional order updates and invoices to customers who consented. Consent captured in Restiqo is transactional and is not consent for marketing. Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform policies apply in addition to these terms, and Meta may restrict or disable a sender that breaches them.
Cancellation and refunds

Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be communicated to account holders before they take effect.
