Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for Restiqo subscriptions.
Draft: This is a draft policy. Specific refund windows, cooling-off periods, processing timelines and the legal entity issuing refunds still need to be confirmed by the business owner before this page is treated as final.
Subscription periods
Paid plans are billed in advance for the period selected at purchase. The subscription remains active for the full period that has been paid for.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time from the subscription screen inside the application or by contacting us through the contact form. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
Refund requests
Refund requests should be raised through the contact form with your account details and the reason for the request. We review each request individually and respond with the outcome and, where a refund is due, the timeline for it.
Failed or duplicate payments
If a payment is charged twice or a charge is taken for a subscription that was not activated, tell us through the contact form. Verified duplicate charges are returned to the original payment method.
Hardware and one-time items
One-time purchases such as biometric devices follow the return terms stated at the time of purchase. Devices must be returned unused and in their original packaging where a return is accepted.
Refund window
[PLACEHOLDER — the eligible refund window, any pro-rata rules and the processing timeline must be set by the business owner and reviewed by a lawyer before this page is treated as final.]
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through the payment gateway used for the purchase. The time to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
